Jillian Hennessy was born in 1968 on the 25th of November She is well-known as a gifted Canadian performer, songwriter, and singer songwriter. Her contributions to American TV are well-known. She was an actor in the American television series Law & Order, where she portrayed prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh over six seasons. Hennessy is also well-known for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. The other films she has appeared in comprise Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. Hennessy began her acting career alongside her sister, playing twin call-girls on Dead Ringers in 1988. She appeared briefly in Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story in Broadway in 1990. In 1993, the actress made her way out of musicals to enter the science-fiction genre, playing Dr. Marie Lazarus. The following fall year, she was a part of the cast for the NBC hit crime show Law & Order in the character of assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid. The role was a hit with the viewers for three seasons until she left it in 1996. For these, she received an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker received her 2001 Tony Award as Best Actress for the Broadway show Proof.
