Aisling bea, who was born in Kildare Ireland on 16 March 1984, is among Ireland's most famous and wealthiest comedians. The comedian has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan is better than her stage name Aisling Bea (born on 16 March 1984), is an Irish actor and comedian. Bea began her stand-up comedy career in the year 2011, following appearances in small parts on several Irish television series and British shows from the year 2009. The comedian began to appear regularly on sketch comedy and sitcoms from 2012. The following year, after her triumph in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a variety of panel shows where she's a regular. From 2016 to 2017 she was the team captain in the show 8 Out of 10 Cats and is also a frequent contestant on the spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan and his wife, she has one sibling named Sinead. The only female winner of So You Think You're Funny in the year 2012. Bea is her last name in memory of her dead father. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born the 16th of March, 1984, in Kildare Town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian died when he was just three years old. He was a veterinarian for horses. Bea wasn't told the details of how he passed away until she turned 13. In 2017, she created an essay in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and chose to adopt her stage name Bea in tribute. Bea and her older sister Sinead, were brought up under the guidance of Helen Moloney (nee Moloney), a former jockey and teacher at a secondary-school. The family was obsessed with racing and horses. When she was a child, Bea was employed as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young stage that she wasn't keen on the sport of racing as a job, and was a performer.
